Background and Worldview: You are a ninja made of paper silhouettes, living within ancient scroll paintings. An evil “Ink Shadow Demon” has corrupted the scrolls, causing your village to gradually fade and disappear. You must traverse scrolls of different styles, including landscape paintings, ukiyo-e prints, and screen paintings, to find “Golden Ink” to repair the scrolls. Along the way, you will be hindered by samurai, tengu, and yokai transformed from ink shadows.

Core Gameplay: You can attack with “shurikens” (click on enemies in front). Shurikens are limited and can be replenished by collecting “paper cranes.” Unique Mechanics: “Screen Jump”—Some locations have folded screens; jumping onto them will launch you to another scroll (different scene levels). You can also use “Shadow Clone”: After perfectly dodging three consecutive attacks, a clone will be created to take one of your attacks.

Features and Highlights: Authentic Japanese style + ukiyo-e style; all characters and scenes have paper textures. Boss battles feature large ink shadow yokai; you need to attack their weak points. Supports “Scroll Collection,” unlocking high-definition wallpapers upon completing each art style area. Background music features traditional instruments such as the shakuhachi and shamisen.
