Background and Worldview: You are wrongfully imprisoned in a deep underground “Shadow Prison,” a dark prison where only the patrolling guards, the “Shadow Guards,” can see. You have obtained a small vial of “Luminescent Potion,” which briefly illuminates your surroundings. You must silently traverse the cells, torture chambers, sewers, and archives to escape to the surface. However, the Shadow Guards are extremely sensitive to sound and will track your footsteps and heartbeat.
Core Gameplay: Stealth parkour. Most of the environment is completely dark, with only a small area around you illuminated. You need to rely on sound cues (dripping water, guards’ footsteps) to determine your surroundings. You can “eavesdrop” (hold down the screen) to expand your hearing range. Moving too fast will make more noise and attract the guards; moving too slowly may deplete your luminescent potion (which consumes over time and needs to be replenished).
Key Features: “Heartbeat Acceleration” System: When you are close to a guard, a heartbeat sound will play in the background, and the edges of the screen will turn red. Your controls will jitter, increasing the difficulty. You can use “Distraction” (click to throw a stone) to lead the guard in the wrong direction. Supports “Dark Vision” mode (inverted colors), suitable for players with poor eyesight. Headphones are strongly recommended.
